Clean. Crisp. Cold.
Delivered from your kitchen.
1. Arrival & Setup
Your Bitsy Beet Juicist will arrive with professional equipment, seasoning and infusion blends, and any agreed-upon setup supplies. You provide the fresh produce, staged and organized before we arrive. If counter space is limited, we can bring a 6-foot folding table with advance notice.
2. Prep Environment
Please ensure:
• A clean sink with running water
• Clear counter space or a cleared area for folding table
• Your staged produce is labeled and grouped by blend if using your own recipes, or by ingredient if using a Bitsy Beet blend
• Any client-supplied equipment (juicer, knives, bowls) is clean and accessible
3. Produce Handling & Juicing
We’ll inspect and wash all produce before use. Spoiled items will be photographed, documented, and excluded. Backup produce may be used with your permission.
Once cleaned, your produce will be prepped and cold-pressed into juice using our equipment or yours, depending on what was confirmed during booking. You’ll choose whether juice is left fresh or frozen in spill-proof trays.
4. Wrap-Up & Storage
Once juicing is complete, we clean the work area and tools we used. All juice is stored in your containers or cube trays. If freezing, please ensure your freezer has space before the session begins.
5. If You’re Not Home
If your appointment is unattended, make sure your Home Access Form is submitted and all checklist items are completed. Your juice will be safely stored and confirmation will be sent afterward.
6. Communication & Support
If you have questions before or after your session, reach out through the website chat widget or email us at hello@bitsybeet.com.
