Produce Organization

☐ Grouped and labeled by blend (if using your own recipes) or by ingredient (if using a Bitsy Beet blend)
☐ Spoiled or unusable items have been removed
☐ Backup produce (optional) is staged and labeled
Kitchen Setup
☐ Sink is clean and has running water
☐ Counter space is clear and sanitized
☐ If counter space is limited, you requested a folding table during booking
☐ Power outlet is accessible near the prep area
Freezer Readiness (if applicable)
☐ Freezer has space for juice trays
☐ You’ve communicated whether you prefer fresh or frozen storage
Safety and Access
☐ Pets are secured
☐ Children are supervised or out of the prep area
☐ Home Access Authorization Form is submitted (if unattended session)
Final Check
☐ All tools, produce, and surfaces are ready
